A 55min Full body, kettlebell/dumbbell & bodyweight workout. Working through a mobility warmup, intervals of bodyweight cardio and Kettlebell strength movements. This class will help improve your proficiency and understanding of kettlebells as well as improve your overall strength and fitness.
